Loom provides AI-assisted journaling and emotional insights. Our insights are generated by AI models and should not be considered professional medical or psychological advice.

AI-powered features require your permission to send relevant content to the third-party AI providers identified in the Privacy Policy. You may withdraw permission, but AI-powered creation will then be unavailable.

2. User Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password.

3. Subscriptions

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring, periodic basis.

4. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
